Ormond Beach Arts District

We are delighted to have 11 sculptures by Seward Johnson on view throughout the Ormond Beach Arts District along the Granada Boulevard corridor as part of Art Imitates Life II: Beyond the Bronze. Installed on both public and private property, the sculptures bring Johnson’s signature depictions of everyday life into the streetscape, creating unexpected moments of connection and discovery.

With remarkable attention to gesture, expression, and detail, Johnson’s figures can appear so lifelike that visitors may find themselves doing a double take, or even wondering if they should say hello.
